What do a call something that's not a sketch and not what I consider a finished piece? A speed painting?

This is currently nameless a character for a story inspired by this aceo painting: The Crow Bride, which I'd like to do something with someday.

I joined tegaki-e yesterday so I have a place to doodle. I'll be posting some of them once in a while. Tegaki-e is more basic than most oekaki boards and doesn't allow layers or any complicated tools, so it's difficult to make finished art.
